El Barça Innovation Hub (BIHUB) invests in Made of Genes to co-create an artificial intelligence system that analyzes molecular and biomedical variables, helping elite athletes optimize their performance.
The alliance between Made of Genes and the Barça Innovation Hub (BIHUB), which is advancing its strategic line of investment in start-ups, was presented at the closing session of the Sports Tomorrow Congress with the presence of Joan Laporta, president of FC Barcelona. On behalf of Made of Genes, its CEO, Oscar Flores; its Chief of Business Development Officer (CBDO), Miquel Bru; and its general director, Laura Isús, participated.
We will work together to carry out on the co-creation of pioneering global algorithms based on artificial intelligence aimed at high-performance athletes that will include, for the first time in the market, a gender perspective covering the specific needs of professional female athletes, as well as aspiring athletes who seek to make a qualitative leap in their sports preparation.
